  • BurnIn Test failed Error: No GPUs found for testing

Hello, I am using BurnInTest 11.0 (100 to test my machine,
Under 2D Graphic Test it shows an error: No GPUs found for testing.
I have a gpu installed AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100 and I upgraded its driver to the newest version.
Under device Manager I can see it with updated driver but when I try to do tests again, it still shows me test failed.
    Please help

There should have been some additional files in the same folder.

But it looks like there is no support for OpenCL on this machine. Which is a device driver issue.

The additional logs provided do not show any further details. The debug level logging is written to the "Debug.trace" log.

Also, there are newer drivers available for your graphics card from AMD. Try updating the drivers for your graphics card, Radeon™ PRO WX 3100 Drivers

I redownloaded the driver installer on the website you provided, it still shows me that the version I have is the latest.

I have attached content of the Debug.trace log file below for your reference. (couldnt upload .trace file)

You need to start the test while in debug mode for the logs to collect runtime debugging information.

Can you select the graphics test and then start the testing when in debug mode? Then email us the all the log files ("Debug.trace", "Debug.log" and "SysInfoLog.txt").
