could you help us to find root cause?

Most common reason is the video card device driver crashing.

      Hi David
The driver test problem still exists after updating to the latest version
      The current settings are CPU 99% RAM 99% GPU 99% 2D 100% 3D 100% Video 100% (3D DirectX is Auto)
The test pass part is to change 3D DirectX from Auto to 9
      The settings are CPU 99% RAM 99% GPU 99% 2D 100% 3D 100% Video 100%
I have changed the above settings to CPU 80% RAM 80% GPU 80% 2D 100% 3D 100% Video 100% (3D DirectX is Auto) and the test still has 3D Error
The above tests were all conducted on Windows 11 23H2. It has been confirmed that the test on Windows 10 22H2 was a Pass.
Any other suggestions you would like to ask?

Again, the most common reason for "no operations" on the 3D test is the video card device driver crashing. So this is what should be investigated first.

Check the Windows event log, as sometimes a driver crash is logged (not always however).
Try running just the 3D test by itself.
Then check if the fault happens on several machines or is just a hardware fault on one machine.
Then check if the fault always happens after a similar period of time (indicating a resource leak, leading to a crash).
Then collect the logs from BurnInTest.

          hi David
          I saved the failed log.
Can you help confirm what the reason is?
          Thanks

            Hi David
I would like to ask if there is any solution for the saved logs?

The no operations error appears to be correct.

The log shows no activity for several minutes. (i.e not even one 3D frame was rendered over several minutes).

Log extract is below. The number (91201) indicate the cumulative frame count, not changing over a long period.

Even when running without error the 3D performance was awful. As low as 2 frames per second.

Click image for larger version Name:	image.png Views:	0 Size:	17.2 KB ID:	58841

When the error occurred it looked like a the 3D scene was being setup for a new test cycle. But it took way way too long.
Almost 3 minutes, for something that should normally take < 1 second on a desktop machine.
This is enough to cause the no operations message.

Initially (at the start of your test run) this process was faster on your machine. Just 17 seconds.

So maybe the machine's performance decreases (enormously) after a period of use. We don't know the reason, but there are lots of possibilities. (e.g. Windows update or other software running the background, video card crash and reload, resource leak over time, temperature throttling, swapping RAM out to disk, etc...)

                  hi David
We are currently testing in a constant temperature machine and it seems that there will be 3D Errors at 70 degrees.
I didn't encounter any problems at 60 degrees, is it because of the temperature?

Ambient air temperature of 70C? Seems hot.

If everything was always fine at 60C but not a 70C, and there was no other change in the test environment, then I think you answered your own question.

                      HI David

But this problem also has 3D Error at room temperature of 25 degrees

So you are saying it is bad at 25C and 70C, but good at 60C? Seems unlikely.

But I don't think have any additional information to add. It is had to debug the hardware without access to the hardware.

                          HI David
This is the situation we are facing now.
70 degrees may be related to heat, but 25 degrees may be because the temperature has not reached
When it causes burnin, it always needs performance and causes 3D Mark Error

I don't think have any additional new suggestions to add. You'll need to do some more in depth investigation.

If you wanted to send us your hardware we could provide a quote for investigating the problem.

                              HI David
                              I understand
We have asked the internal department to analyze the problem first.
If there are any problems, we will provide you with the LOG file.
