CPU Temps not showing in BIT 11 1009

Unfortunately, I'm having a problem with my new Intel Atom X7433RE CPU, where the temperatures are no longer displayed.
Can you tell me if the CPU is already integrated and if I'm doing something wrong? I haven't had any problems with my old CPUs so far.
