2 logical cores in Intel Core Ultra 7 155H don't have any loading by using BurnInTest

    Hi,
I used the BurnIn Test v11 build 1010 and tested on Intel core ultra 7 155H platform.
Add CPU test item with default setting for testing, however, I found that 2 CPU logical core don't have loading.
I guest these 2 cores are Low Power Efficient-Cores.
Do you have any ideas about this?

Turn up the duty cycle setting in BurnInTest to 100% for the CPU test.

      Hi Sir,
After adjusing the duty to 100%, the usage of Low Power Efficient-Cores is not increasing.

Send us a debug log and updated screen shot from task manager (at 100% duty cycle) and we'll take a deeper look

From the logs, it looks like we correctly detected the number of CPU cores and also started the correct number of test threads.

So our guess is that the Intel thread director hardware decided to not use the E-LP-Cores.

This software from Intel might also provide some insights.

It might also be possible to not install the Intel thread director engine software?
Behavior also appears to change depending on power profile and if the app is in the foreground, or background.

Just to add we saw something similar in testing today when power saver mode is on.
