HTML Report writer for Customer Test Certificate is using unterminated "&nbsp" tags.

We have an environment that uses htmldoc version 1.9 to process the generated html files to print and produce PDF results. This works for older versions, but the newer versions (was reported to me with version 10 also) are using &nbsp&nbsp rather than    in the System Summary section under RAM slots.

Build 1011 was used, now updating to 1013.
