3d test fail with Unexpected error running DirectX 12 Test. Error Number 0x8899000C

When we test burnin with 10.2 1004, it have fail rate to met 3d test fail with below error message.
SERIOUS: 2025-09-23 11:53:59, 3D Graphics, An error occured during the DX12 3D test

Our test config
platform Intel ARL-U
OS 24H2
VGA driver 32.0.101.7026
test item CPU memory 2d 3d(loading 100%)

Please help to check burnin log and give us some comments, thanks.

We've had customers report this type of error several times over the last 10 years.

These problems are typically video card device driver bugs, video hardware failure or 3rd party software causing problems (screen sharing, screen overlays, remote desktop software, etc..). Some user actions can also trigger this error, like updating the device driver in the middle of a test, rotating the screen to portrait mode, forcing a monitor resolution change, physically removing the video card, etc..

The error message from Microsoft DirectX API isn't super helpful. This error code correspond to D2DERR_RECREATE_TARGET (0x8899000c) "A presentation error has occurred that may be recoverable".

Also you are using an old release of BurnInTest. The current release is V11 at the moment. But this probably won't fix your problem.

We will check this with video card vendor. Any suggest loading for 3D test? If 100% is fine ? Thanks.
