Please inform the ideal setting to test the complete RAM with full load.

Should 2D , 3d, CPU be selected to 100 % along with RAM - 100 %

Multi process Torture test setting
Should it be set to Number of Processes -10 * % of RAM Each 10 -
Testing of 100 % RAM is ok or NOT !

No, it doesn't make sense to turn on the 2D, 3D and CPU tests if all you are interested in is testing the RAM.

No, you don't (can't in fact) test 100% of the RAM while Window is running.
If you only have 2GB is the machine, then Windows (and the disk cache) might use 1GB or more of it. Meaning only 50% might be available for testing.
If you have 32GB, then 95% might be available for testing.

You might also want to consider using MemTest86, if you are only interested in RAM testing.
