Currently, the x86 Linux version of Burn encounters an issue: ttyS0, ttyS1, and ttyS2 on my motherboard fail the test. Upon verification, inserting the PassMark USB3Test device causes the failure. When the USB 3.0 device loopback is removed, the test passes.

USB3Test refers to some of our Windows software, which isn't available on Linux. I assume you are referring to the USB3 loopback plug.
On Linux the standard Linux LibUSB library is used to communicate to the USB3 loopback plug. (We don't supply LibUSB, it comes with Linux)
This should not interfere with serial ports. Maybe there is a BIOS issues or bad implementation of LibUSB on your Linux system? -
Can we tell from the log what caused the issue? Let's troubleshoot. It works fine when the USB3 loopback plug is unplugged, and the serial port remains unaffected. The problem occurs when it's plugged in. This issue doesn't happen on the Intel platform with Ubuntu.Comment

From your logs, this system seems to be using a Hygon C86-3G CPU, with SA148 motherboard and KunlunTech BIOS. Running some unknown Linux Distro (maybe Chinese UnionTech UOS?).
We don't have any similar system to test on & the chances are high this is a problem with the platform and not our software.
You are also running the (unpaid) trial version of our software.
So the chances of us being able to fix this for you are low.Comment
