    USB Burnintest Error

    Dear

Currently, when using a Bartlett Lake CPU with Windows 11 24H2, a USB Burning error may occur.
    CPU: Intel Core 5 221E / 251E
    OS: Windows 11 24H2
The original test showed 11 USB ports, 9 USB 3.0 loopbacks, and 2 USB 2.0 loopbacks. Reducing the number of USB loopbacks did not improve the problem.
The same issue occurred after updating the USB 3.0 firmware from versions 2.5 and 2.6 to 2.8.
The same phenomenon occurred when upgrading Burnintest from version v10 (1012) to v11 (101.
I would like to inquire if there are any other solutions.

USB driver reported send error is when data could not be sent to the USB device. It may be that the device has an intermittent connection to the host and has disconnected itself. (i.e. a faulty cable). It may also indicate that there is a problem with the device drivers or USB hardware.

Is the error always on the same port? Or does the error follow the loopback plug, if you cycle the plugs between ports?

Do you have any equipment to do a protocol trace on the USB link?

You can also try downloading our USB3 standalone test application and run Loopback test while the "Check Bus Errors" option is enabled. (try using the port/plug with which you see the errors)

The error doesn't seem to be occurring on the same USB port; it appears to be random.
We will continue to investigate the issue.
Regarding the PassMark USB 3.0 loopback plug, we checked everything before testing burnin.
