Burn-in test 11.0 build 1016 NPU test with Intel Meteor Lake platform

Hi,
When I test NPU function with Ver 11.0 Build 1016 & 1019 under Windows 11 (24H2)
The error message is showed "No operations reported in timeout period" on ver. 11.0 build 1016.
After update to ver 11.0 bulid 1019, The error message is showed "No NPU adapters detected or adapter not supported" .

Is the issue occur before?
what will the root cause of this issue?
How can I fix this issue?
