NPU test error with BIT 11.0 _Intel Wildcat Lake

Hi Team,

We encountered the following error on Intel Wildcat Lake ES CPU samples when running BIT V11.0:
No NPU adapters detected or adapter not supported
We also tested BIT v11.0 on Intel Meteor Lake, Intel Arrow Lake, and Intel Lunar Lake, and all returned Pass results.

As Intel Wildcat Lake is still in the development phase and not yet in mass production, could you please advise when the BIT tool will be updated to support Intel Wildcat Lake CPUs?

Do you have the device drivers installed for the NPU?

Yes, I have Intel NPU driver 32.0.100.4345 installed.
I've also ran OpenVINO by cmd and NPU triggered in device manager, which means NPU functions. But BIT still shows this message.

Can you select just the NPU test to run and then collect the debug log and send it to us.

In BurnInTest Prefences > NPU tab > NPU test configuration, can you try DirectML and Inference Test and see if either work?
Two different detection methods are used and it isn't clear which option you are currently using.

BTW, when choose DirectML, NPU can be detected, but still got error “NPU test setup error” as attached pic

The NPU Test inference test is executed in a separate program. The NPU Setup Error can occur if the NPU Test executable is not found, when the models it uses are not found or if the Executable failed to start/run.

Can you download the following debug build and replace the existing MachineLearning folder with the one in the Zip file? The OpenVINO version in the current release is using 2024.1, the one in the zip file has been updated to use 2025.4.

After replace the MachineLearning folder:
DirectML still meet error: NPU test setup error
Inference_Test meet another error: No Operations during test period.

Did you try testing more than once? The No Operations is strange. From the logs, it looks like BurnInTest started and then error out right away?

Note: You do not need to collect logs for the DirectML NPU Test. The DirectML NPU Test was experimental and likely will be dropped in future releases of BurnInTest. While not officially dead, Microsoft looks to have dropped development for DirectML and have moved it maintenance mode.

I've re-installed PassMark and replaced the file again, and can get pass result now!
Do you have a schedule when will new Openvino module be implement in BIT to fix this issue?

The changes have been submitted and will be included in the next build release for BurnInTest likely later this month.
