NPU test error with BIT 11.0 _AMD Gorgon Halo platform

    Hi Team,

As previously mentioned, BurnInTest is expected to support AMD NPU functionality in a future release.
We would like to kindly check if there is a newer version available (or planned) that already supports the Gorgon Halo platform, or if there is an estimated timeline for this support.
Due to when executing BIT V11.0 on AMD Gorgon Halo platforms (Ryzen AI Max PRO 480/490/495 APU), the following error is observed immediately after the test initiates.
The system is running with NPU firmware version 32.00.0203.329.

    Observed Errors:
    • "No NPU adapters detected or adapter not supported"
    • "Temperature threshold exceeded"

The log as attached, please help to check if anything wrong.

    Thank you for your support.

BurnInTest currently does not support AMD NPUs, still on our to-do list

      As for temperature error:
CRITICAL: 2026-04-16 00:50:20, Temperature, Temperature threshold exceeded
      WARNING: 2026-04-16 00:50:20, BurnInTest, Temperature CPU 0: Current 100.0C / Threshold 90.0C
CPU is running at 100C, which is over the threshold, hence triggering the error

We have been working on getting NPU Testing on AMD working in BurnInTest, if you are able to help test it, let me know. I've sent you a Private Message with further details.
