Passmark USB 3.0 Loopback Plug Not Detected

I updated my Passmark USB 3.0 Loopback Plug to the new V2.9 Firmware and the new 1.2.5 Drivers. Now the USB 3.0 Loopback Plug is no longer detected in BurnIn Test Release 11 Build 1025. The LoopBack Plug shows fine in Device Manager and is detected and works fine with the Passmark USB3Test Version 2.0 (1010). My USB 2.0 LoopBack Tester still is detected and works fine in BurnIn Test.

    Thanks

It seems to be the new firmware. I have a second Passmark USB 3.0 Loopback Plug the I have not update the firmware yet and it is detected in BurnIn Test OK even with the newer drivers installed.

    Thanks

We were in the middle of updating BurnInTest to support the new USB3 loopback firmware, released now (V11.1.1000):
      https://www.passmark.com/products/bu...st/history.php

The problem happened as the new firmware for the USB3 plug updates the VID and PID numbers (Vendor ID code and Product ID code) as we were issued with new numbers from the USB association. So BurnInTest had to be updated to recognize the new numbers as being loop back plugs.

So if you using the new firmware on the USB3 plugs you will also need to use V11.1.1000 or later of BurnInTest.
