Hello,
with our reference: M040526163810 (site licensed).
In the latest versions of the program (11 ver 1025 and 11.1 ver 1000), I encountered difficulties with temperature monitoring.
In the two attached files—one showing only the average temperature and the other showing the default configuration—you can see during the test that, when only “CPU AVERAGE” is enabled, the program does not detect the temperatures of other components (drives, memory, etc.). In fact, when I manually select ONLY the average temperature, it does not allow me to select anything else.
Conversely, with the default setting, the temperature of the RAM and/or the hard drive is also correctly detected.
I use the program to test all components simultaneously to provide critical evidence in case of a dispute with my resellers.
As I mentioned, I work as a production manager at a system builder company, and I use Microsoft WDS deployment tools.
I’ve tried configuring it differently, but it seems that the temperature reading depends on the CPU selection.
I believe it’s important, for testing purposes, to also detect temperature errors in the RAM and/or hard drive.
Thank you
