Error but no error code and log generated while Network and disk test,

please, could anybody tell me ,
what does the pop-up error window which says:

"Error:Access violation at 0x7C901010 (tried to read from 0x100494C4),program terminated" indicated?

test OE: windows xp sp2,32 bit ,

This is an unrecovered error in the Windows operating system kernel (ntdll.dll), provoked by BurnInTest.

We have not had a report of this Access violation before. If you Google it you will find it is a very common error. Reports are anything from hardware problems, to system performance settings to spyware. eg.

I would scan for spyware to start with.

If this does not help please answer the following:
1) Are you using the latest version of BurnIntest - v5.1.1014?
2) What type of hardware are you using?
3) Could you please describe in more detail when the problem occurs (e.g The Access Violation occurs every time within 2 minutes of starting the network and disk test (no other tests running). The problem does not occur if the tests are run individually) The problem only occurs after the system has been running for at least 15 minutes.
