Could I upgrade BurnIn V4.0 professional to BunIn V5.1 professional?

Could I upgrade BurnIn V4.0 pro to BunIn V5.1 pro?
If yes, where could i get the patch file? And is it free?
If no, does that mean i must spend another $49.00? Any discount?

If you purchased a previous version of BurnInTest on (or after) the 24th of August 2005, then you are eligible for a free upgrade to BurnInTest V5. If you purchased BurnInTest prior to this date, then you will need to purchase an upgrade.
