after stopping a script, it still says "Script currently running" and if I try to Execute another script I get a message "A Script is currently running". Am I missing a way to reset this, right now I'm rebooting BurnInTest.

It can take a little while for a test to be shut down and hence the script to be flagged as complete. Particularly, if there is an information/warning/error dialog open, for example you run the disk test on a floppy A: with no media, the warning dialog is displayed and not OK'ed.
If there are no dialog's open, and you have waited at least 20 seconds, then please post or email your script and we will investigate further. Also please indicate the version and build numbers for BurnInTest, eg. BIT PRO 5.2.1005.
