    Admin / Bookkeeper
    Passmark Software has part time / casual admin position available in Surry Hills (near Central Station, Sydney, Australa).

    Flexible hours totalling approximately 15 hours / week.
    Responsibilities include
    • Bookkeeping & BAS preparation
    • Accounts reconciliation
    • Quotes & invoicing
    • Payroll & banking
    • Order fulfilment
    • General admin
    • Possibly some sales marketing.
    Must be experienced with MYOB & Word with some previous bookkeeping experience. Good written and verbal communication skills required, with a strong attention to detail.
    Could also suit someone wanting to get some IT marketing experience, in which case additional hours would be required.

    Good pay based on experience, friendly environment, Hi tech software company.

    We had a great response, with approximately 150 applications being received. From these applications we selected 5 people for interviews and offered the position to our prefered candidate.

    The position is now filled.
