  • DiskCheckup v3.0 Build 1002

I have two internal SATA drives, 80GB and 160GB and an external USB drive 250GB. The SATA drives are not detected only the USB drive. The SATA drives are both SMART enabled. SMART data for the USB drive is displayed by DiskCheckup.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium.

    Any suggestions please?

    Phil.

It might be a problem with BIOS, or it might be the internal drives are connected via a RAID controller. And this will present a problem even if the drives are not in RAID format.

Thanks for the reply. As far as I know the drives are not connected with a raid controller. On start up the drives are shown correctly by the bios and show SMART is OK. I'll check to see if I have the latest BIOS.
