burnin program ended abnormally at i7.

I'm using burnin 6.0 pro at i7 cpu, xp sp3.
For test item, I set cpu and memory, graphic, lan, hdd.
After running a few hours, I found there was no burnin program on screen.
The program was abnormally ended!
But when I used burnin 5.3, such problem had not happened.
This kind of problem is known issue, or maybe from hardware fault?

It seems BurnInTest has had an error it could not recover from. There can be many reasons for this. It can be a BurnInTest issue, system configuration issue, device driver, operating system or hardware error.

The best way to work out the problem in this case is to email us details about the failure. BurnInTest attempts to output a debug file to <My Documents>\PassMark\BurnInTest\BurnInTest*.dmp. If there is a BurnInTest dmp file in this directory around the time of the failure, could you please email it to us.

Otherwise, please check the Windows application event log for a BurnInTest error event around the time of the problem and email us the details from the event, this will include an address and some parameters.
