About to buy a new PC. I'm not a gamer but I like to stream movies, sports etc and suffer the usual buffering problems. Would I be better going for the best affordable CPU or best affordable graphics card to minimise this problem?
If you have streaming problems, then spend more money on your network connection and less on the PC. Even cheaper CPUs and onboard graphics can do high definition playback.
