price range of new 1070 and 1080 laptops predictions

hey guys what do you think the price range of the new laptops will be that have 1070 and 1080 graphics cards in them and when do you think they will release them to vendors?
hopefully i can get my hands on one soon enough that are lower then 3000$!

I thought 1070 and 1080 were desktop only cards.
But even if they weren't, I still wouldn't know the answer, without doing some research.
