Why error verifying data in RAM of Burn in test 8.1 but RAM passed of Memtest86 v7.1

CPU: Apollo lake E3950
RAM: DDR3L 1600 8GB SODIMM
Run Burn in test 8.1 pro few minutes, error verifying data in RAM.
But change use to Memtest86 v7.1 no problem found.
I am confuse the RAM is good or NG??
Please give me some advise.

Likely the RAM is bad.
But there is a small chance it is the CPU or motherboard (and a slight chance it is a bug in a device driver corrupting RAM).

How long did you run MemTest86 for?
In BurnInTest did you run just the RAM test or other tests as well. Maybe the extra load increased the system temperature provoking some issue?
Did you try replacing the RAM stick to see how that effected the results?
