What motherboard is better for i5 6600k

[GTX 1050 Ti]

I was wondering What motherboard would be better for my new processor. I couldn't really find a conclusion so i thought i would come to the professionals for some help.

Here are the two motherboards that i am debating between below

They'll both work.
The Z270 is newer with a few minor additional features. So no real reason to get the older Z170.
