  • imageUSB images from a folder?

    Hi
i have used imageUSB very successfully to clone 1 stick and then burn multiple USB sticks, however i would like to improve the start process.
Currently i have to build the memory stick and copy all 64GB of files to 1 single 64GB stick (that takes some time), i then take an image of it and we are good to go.

Given that the files are already on my hard disk, is there a way to avoid the time to create the master stick. Can i create an image file from a folder on my C: ?

    thanks

    Gus

No, the functionality you are describing is not a feature of imageUSB. imageUSB can only write pre-made images (either created by imageUSB or byte copied RAW images).

If you are talking about small images or if you have a lot of RAM (>64GB) you could try making an empty RAM drive with OSFMount, then saving the image to disk as a RAW image then used imageUSB to clone it to other USB flash drives.
