PSU and GPU for under $200 bucks

Looking to upgrade my graphics card and power supply for under $200 dollars combined. Any suggestions?

Dell Inspiron 620

Current graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6450
Current PSU: 300-305W
6GB RAM
Intel Core i5-2310 2.9Ghz

Maybe something like a
Radeon HD 6850
or
GeForce GTX 460 or GeForce GTX 550 Ti

with a

SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W PSU
or
CORSAIR TX Series CMPSU-650TX Bronze 650W

Make sure it fits in your case before you buy it. There are apparently two different Inspiron 620 desktop models. The 620 and 620s (slim) desktops. My understanding is that the slim won't fit a normal PSU. So check first.
