USB2.0 Loopback Plugs

Recently I am trying to updated the FW of USB2.0 Loopback Plugs and USB3.0 Loopback Plugs.
I can find the updater tool and new FW(V2.5) for USB3.0 Loopback Plugs but can not find them for USB2.0 Loopback Plugs.
Could you please tell me where can I find the new FW and updater tool for USB2.0 Loopback Plugs. Thank you~!

There is NO firmware updater for the USB2.0 Loopback Plugs at this time, as there is no need for new firmware. You can ONLY update the firmware on USB3.0 Loopback Plugs.
