    turning off ASRock Xboost

Anyone know how to do this? Cannot find anything online, tried clearing cmos with jumpers and taking out motherboard battery - assume it is still on as it does not invite me to turn on Xboost when booting.

Never heard of XBoost. Seems to be just fancy marketing term of CPU overclocking.

ASRock's web site seems to imply it is always off, unless you turn it on.

It appears to be on as the per usual is for it to ask when booting if you want to switch it on.

It also appears useless, I did a Passmark test with it on and got worse results than with it off.

It's probably in the advanced Bios Settings
CPU Multiplier is probably set to Auto - First place I'd look
More relevent info probably in the ASRock Support Forums
