  • Hard Drive Health

I have a 1 TB Hard Drive which I have been using for more than 3 years now. I am not sure about the health of my hard drive. I have read about Bad Sectors in hard drive but how to recognize if there is a bad sector and or any virus that has caused a damage to my hard drive. I am seeing multiple unnecessary files in the disk along with my data.

You can use DiskCheckup to check for bad sectors.

Otherwise don't fix it unless it is broken.
