Why open USB3 Test program test USB3 Loopback have been reading voltage?How to stop it?

I mean the usb3.0 test program auto constantly refreshthe voltage levels.I want close measure the voltage levels function.how to do it?

You can close the USB3Test application the same as you would for any Windows's application.

The plug itself will continue to measure the voltage level however. There is no way to turn this off.
