Are my CPU and GPU underperforming?

I recently bought Intel i7-2600. 2 weeks ago I bought AMD RX 580 SAPPHIRE PULSE 4 GB, and wanted to do some benchmarks. My benchmark for CPU is 7200 but the average is 8100, and my bench for GPU is 7500 but average is 8400. Neither of them are thermal throttling my GPU temp is 65 max and my CPU temp is 75 max. So I was wondering is there something else that is bottlenecking CPU and GPU because they both underperform.

MOTHERBOARD: ASUS P8H77-V LE

This is a nine year old CPU and you just bought it last week? 2nd hand for a very cheap price I hope.
