  • Cant tell if CPU or RAM is the issue

Had a power outage and began experiencing issues with my pc. Ultimately ended up having ram brick and getting new ram also changed out the motherboard because I was still having issues. After all this was done I have still been having issues. I don't know enough to be able to read what the memtest report is saying and was just curious if its the CPU I may need to replace now or if its the RAM being faulty.

    current specs:
    Motherboard: b450 tomohawk
    CPU: amd ryzen 7 1700

    RAM:
    G.SKILL Trident Z RGB (For AMD) 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-16GTZRX

    GPU: MSI gaming 8G 1080

thank you guys in advance for all the help!

RAM errors (especially single bit errors) normal mean the RAM is bad.
