  • DiskCheckup 3.0 Build 1002

I have two internal SATA drives, 80GB and 160GB and an external USB drive 250GB. The SATA drives are not detected only the USB drive. The SATA drives are both SMART enabled. SMART data for the USB drive is displayed by DiskCheckup.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium.

    Any suggestions please?

Maybe the SATA drives are connected via a RAID controller. Which usually block the collection of SMART data.
