    CPU that doesn't heat up?

I was wondering one day and thought of it. Is it realy possible? And if not why not use the heat generated from cpu to generate power for cooling fan or something?

Fans don't use much power. So there isn't much to gain here. Also convection cooled heatsinks (without a fan) don't use any power.

To generate much power for some other purpose you need to have a significant temperature difference and some expensive materials. If there was a cheap solution people would be using it to power their homes during the night when solar panels don't work.
