Intel DZ75ML-45K Motherboard vs Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard .which one is better in all aspects.

- support the same CPUs
- support the same amount of RAM
- have PCI-E 3.0 slots
- have USB3
- have SATA 6Gb/s ports
So really not much difference.

The Intel board uses the Z75 chipset which is a bit better if you are going to overclock. For normal usage I would think the decision would depend on price & warranty.

Codecs are normally a software function, not a motherboard function.

Cost and availability will depend on what country you are in.
What is best will depend in your requirements. e.g. number of PCI-E slots required, full ATX board or microATX, overclocking requirements, video output ports needed, number of RAM slots, etc..

A better approach would be to look at what socket 1155 boards are available from your preferred supplier, then compare the board spec with regards to what you need.
