Memtest86 freeze Evga Micro2 /X99

Hello,
please. I have a problem with memtest86 / USB. When the test starts, the test hangs on Pass: 16% test: 0%. Then I have to pull out the usb and reset the PC. The total test time is 0:00:04. I have Evga Micro2 / X99 motherboard - I have everything updated (BIOS etc.)

Try in single threaded mode.
