Getting back the start button

I have just installed windows 8.1, because of its great performance, but i realy missed one thing - start button from windows 7. Is there a way to get the start button back, without any performance loss, and if so, where? Btw, happy new year

it's called "start8" and its made by the Stardock people
don't even mess around with the free ones.. spenthe$5 and get start8.. good stuff!
