Upgrading Worth it?

Heys guys,

I want to throw out my lastest upgrade paln to see if it is worth the money.

Current System:
i5 2500K
GIGABYTE Z68AP ATX
EVGA GTX560 SLI (x2)

Upgrade to:
i7 3770K
EVGA GTX770

I am also planning on a Full tower, and CORSAIR H80i CPU cooler.

I was thinking about the Haswell, but I figured on waiting until the next Tok come around for a bigger preformance increase... and new Mobo.

Any input would be great.

The i5 2500K wasn't a bad CPU. So it isn't going to be a huge step up. I have never been a fan of SLI however. So dropping that sounds like a good idea.
It really depends on how much cash you have and if you can sell the existing system for a fair price.

My budget is 1k USD. Everything now, including extra Fans and thermal compound/cleaner, comes to 995. I am thinking about trying to sell my old hardware.

I do have my 2500k OC to 4.3, I plan on doing the same if not more with the 3770k since I am getting the new cooler.
