Hi, does anyone know software there I can build my own table pc and test it? Just put CPU, video card, ram....

I don't think software is going to help you build a desktop PC. A screwdriver would probably be more useful.

But in terms of testing it, once it is built, you can use our BurnInTest software.

what I want is software there I can put virtual parts and test them. I dont want to know my old pc tests results, I want build new virtual pc

I a virtual PC is just a software emulation of hardware.
From a hardware testing point of view your request makes no sense.
