Today i made the passmark memtest86 and now it is finished. I tried to go out, but when I use the exit button the computer turns off and then the programm starts again. How can i exit the test now?

Obviously software can't run with the computer off. So I assume it did a reboot, and didn't actually fully power down.the computer turns off and then the programm starts
If you reboot the machine then the machine will boot off the USB drive again, and the test will run again.
Try removing the USB drive.
