So I use Streamlabs OBS. I can easily stream xbox games and low demanding PC games (Among Us, marbles on stream, etc etc).

Once I start playing more demanding games my stream drops frames fast. I can sometimes lower the output quality enough to be bearable-but I'd rather not have to do that.

i7-9700F @ 3 GHz , GeForce GTX 1650 , 32 GB RAM




Just wondering what is suggested to upgrade in order to run better.

Sorry we don't know what Streamlabs OBS is.
Maybe your internet connection is slow or maybe the Streamlabs software is rubbish?
