I have ran the the test for an hour; there are no results; just a summary of my system's hardware. What do I need to do to obtain results?

What software are you using? The obvious question is did you press the Go/Start/Run button?

Thanks. I downloaded the software; I thought it was running since there was a screen shot of a motherboard rotating, apparently not. I followed your instructions -- that did the trick.
