Can you help with my choice of GPU's?

I am upgrading my graphics [gta5 is here and other great games are a coming..].

I have narrowed it down to two options.

- Sapphire Radeon R9 280 Dual-X 3 GB for €210
- Asus Radeon R9 290X DCII 4GB for €300

My other hardware is:
i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz [socket 1156]
8GB ram @1333
Motherboard: p55 -cd53
HD: SSD [and hdd storage drive]
Monitor: 1080

So the question is basicly: is the 290x worth the 90 euro's extra?

I would get the R9 280, the save the money you didn't spend for a another upgrade in 2016.

There will be some great (revolutionary even) video card solutions coming out in the next 12 months (HBM memory, VR, etc..).
