    CPU OC clock missmatch

Hello. Is it normal that PerformanceTest shows 3.4Ghz CPU turbo clock speed when real one is 4.5?

No, but we do measure the actual value (and not just look at the multiplier that has been set).

So if the CPU isn't getting to that speed, then there might be an issue with the system (e.g. overheating and throttling).

The screen shots don't actually show PerformanceTest reporting anything wrong.
You need to look on the "System" tab to see the measured value.

there is no throttling in this system. proved by stress-testing for 3 hours.
if needed i can give you acccess via teamviewer

OK, yes, I agree that is strange.

Can you collect a debug log and E-mail it to us.

Instructions for a debug log are here,
