Different results from average

I have downloaded the latest test sw and used to check a Celeron B840 cpu that has a score of 1780 on your cpu benchmark list, however the score I get is around 1300, considering the configuration is with 4 GB ddr3 , 32GB Sata SSD and Windows Embedded Standard 7. Do you have any clue why there's such a big difference ?

I have sorted out the problem and the difference comes from the OS version 32 bit vs 64 bit. I didn't know that it makes such a big difference on the cpu mark
