USB 3 test plug update Error

Hello!

When I tried to update USB 3 test plug (version 2), I got this error window. I tried on different PCs and with different cables. The result is the same. Is it possible to return the device to life or just buy a new one?

If it is recognized as "Cypress FX3 Bootloader Device", it means the firmware is wiped out. Can you reload the firmware using the below updater tool?

Yes, it worked. After creating a folder in the root of the disk. Apparently the problem lay in the localization of windows. Thank you!
