About USB 3.0 Loopback Plugs

Hi, I have two pcs for USB 3.0 Loopback Plugs.
They do not showed speed on USB3.0.
But they will be show speed on USB2.0.
Can repair it?

Are you using the latest device driver (1.2.2, http://www.passmark.com/download/usb3test_download.htm) and the latest firmware (1.4, http://www.passmark.com/products/usb3updater.htm) for the USB3 plugs?

Do you see any error messages displayed in the system tray when you connect the plugs (eg USB device not recognized etc)?

What operating system are you using?

What exactly do you mean by "do not showed speed on USB3.0.". For example, is the screen blank or do you see USB2 speeds when you were expecting USB3 speeds?
