Hi..... Not sure which forum topic to post this under exactly (maybe PC hardware and benchmarks? – but if its misplaced, please advise, delete and I’ll just repost to the correct topic. Thx )
I had a simple suggestion/request pertaining to how users could view the *benchmark.net webpage results (whether it be for www.cpubenchmark.net or www.videocardbenchmark.net or www.memorybenchmark.net)
The suggested idea is to provide for a filtering mechanism. I'll use the www.cpubenchmark.net page as an example. To view the desired benchmark results, if a user wanted to focus on lets say, just AMD Ryzen processors, if they could just set the filter on AMD + Ryzen, and that would be great.
The filter could allow for a single page of results that might normally be spread across multiple pages (when the device's attributes of focus are spread across the High-End + High-to-Mid-Range + Low-End pages). Plus the viewer would not necessarily have to scroll up and down the viewing page to get past all/most of the processors that they didn't care about.
The filtering mechanism ideally would provide results filtered on things such as:
AMD
AMD EPYC
AMD Ryzen threadripper
AMD threadripper
Intel
Intel Core
Intel i7
Minimum/Maximum # of cores
Of course, I realize implementation might not be so simple as suggesting the idea. But I thought I'd put it out there in case nobody had suggested it before. It might be interesting to see how many others would also benefit from such a filtering tool.
Anyhow, thank you for reading and hopefully entertaining the suggestion.
