As far as I see in forums, they usually say that Hearts of Iron IV is a CPU intensive game. And they even complain that this game does not use all the CPU cores/threads. Also FPS decreases in the later hours of the game. So I thought a powerful single thread performance CPU would be good. You may say 'Get the best single thread performance processor from AMD or INTEL' but, for example, 5800x3d is a much better gaming processor, but Single Thread POINT 3232 while 5600x Single Thread POINT 3360. 5600x looks better when it comes to single thread. Can you recommend me a processor that fits the features I am looking for, provided that it is AMD? I think it will be 9700x, because 9700x has a higher single thread performance score than 9600x and 7800x3d. [I prefer AMD these days and let's say I will only play Hearts of Iron IV, for example] You can say that 'why do you ask us if you know, ' I do not know, i just guessed
