The CPU mega-page already has filters and sorting options.
Here is the current list of desktop CPUs sorted by value (Power / Price).
Of course some very very cheap (but old) CPUs appear in the list as well, as they are great value.
Otherwise we have a pre-made list here of the Top gaming CPUs. Just run down the list until you find one that matches your budget and is available to buy locally in your country.
